Is remote support available to anyone?
No. Remote support is reserved for AtWorkStudio customers with an active support contract. Sessions are scheduled with your account manager and billed at the contractually agreed rate. Non-customers can request a preliminary consultation from the contact page.
Are DIG, WHOIS, Password Checker and NIST Assessment really free?
Yes. The four utilities are fully free, with no registration and no tracking. They run in the browser. The Password Checker processes passwords locally: your password never leaves your device.
Does remote support data stay in Europe?
Yes. The infrastructure used for remote support runs on EU datacenters, is ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified, and is GDPR and CCPA compliant. Session traffic stays within the EU region — a baseline requirement for our customers under NIS2 and GDPR.
How does a remote support session start?
The session is scheduled with your AtWorkStudio account manager. At the agreed time the engineer reaches out; you download the support client and share the code shown on screen. The session opens over an encrypted channel — you see everything the engineer does in real time and can end the session at any moment.
Does the NIST Assessment require a contract with AtWorkStudio?
No. The NIST Assessment is free and publicly available at nist.atws.app. It requires neither a contract nor registration: the questionnaire is based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and returns a PDF report with your organisation’s cyber maturity level. A good starting point before a more structured engagement.
