Register of formats
of exportable data

This page constitutes the online register required by Article 26, point (b), of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act) and is referred to in the contracts of AtWorkStudio S.r.l. It sets out the structures and formats in which exportable data is made available. It is kept up to date; every version is retained by AtWorkStudio S.r.l. together with its publication date.

1. How data is exported

The Customer exports its own data independently, during the contract, the transitional period and the retrieval period, with the access provided for by the project: in IaaS services with access to the resources dedicated to it, in PaaS and SaaS services with the export functions of the application.

At the Customer’s request, AtWorkStudio S.r.l. exports the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format: the native format of the delivery platform or another commonly used format supported by it.

For each contract, the delivery platform is stated in the service sheet, under “Delivery platform and provider jurisdiction”.
