Migration from Zimbra, hMailServer, MDaemon or other on-premise mail servers to Exchange Online or another cloud platform. Preservation of email history and folder structures.

How we manage a migration

1. Assessment

We analyse the source environment: number of mailboxes, sizes, shared structures, active integrations, DNS records. We identify issues and dependencies before starting.

2. Migration plan

We define the plan: timelines, migration order, cut-over windows, user communications. Every migration has a shared project document.

3. Migration and validation

We execute the migration in batches, verify data integrity, test email, calendar and sharing functionality. DNS cut-over only after full validation.
