Cloud and email migration
without downtime, without risk

It depends on what is being moved. An email migration from Google Workspace or on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365 for a few dozen mailboxes closes in one to two weeks, with the cut-over over a weekend. Servers and virtual machines to the cloud typically take two to four weeks, between assessment, parallel migration and validation. A single web application on a managed platform can be live in a few days. The plan, with dates and responsibilities, is the first thing we deliver.

The goal is that nobody notices. Migration runs in parallel with production systems: old and new coexist, data is synchronised in several passes and the final cut-over happens in an agreed window, usually at night or over the weekend. Every phase has a documented rollback plan. We do not promise “zero downtime” in the abstract: we promise to tell you beforehand which minutes of interruption are necessary and when.

No. If the application is web-based, a portal, a web ERP, an API, we publish it on a managed application platform or on static hosting, with automatic deployment from your team’s Git repository and the database on a managed service: no virtual machine to maintain. If it is a classic ERP running on a Windows server, the route is a virtual machine sized for it, with backup and monitoring included. The rest of the infrastructure can follow later, in phases.

Wherever you decide, among four options with clear jurisdiction: public cloud in European regions, European cloud outside US jurisdiction, private cloud in Italy or on-premises. The choice is made during the assessment, based on sector regulation, the data processed and integration with Microsoft 365, and it is written into the contract together with the exit strategy, as ISO/IEC 27001, 27017 and 27018 require.

We do not disappear. In the following weeks we follow the settling-in period: integrity checks, intensive monitoring, user support on what has changed, decommissioning of the source systems only once everything is confirmed. If you wish, ongoing management becomes a service: updates, backup, security and support on the migrated environment, with a single point of contact.
