AtWorkStudio has submitted the qualification application to the Italian National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN) for ATWS Secure Backup for Microsoft 365 (service code SA-7583). It is a SaaS backup and restore service designed to protect the data of organisations using Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams.
The service enables automated backups and granular restores down to the individual item level (emails, files, conversations). Backup data is stored on Azure Blob Storage in data centres located within the European Union, encrypted using Customer Managed Keys (CMK) that give the customer full control over encryption keys. Platform access is protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA). The service is delivered in compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certifications.
With this submission, ATWS Secure Backup for Microsoft 365 joins the services already in the ACN qualification pipeline: ATWS Secure Workspace and ATWS Email Security Gateway. The goal is to offer public administrations and enterprises an integrated ecosystem of qualified cloud services, from productivity to data protection.
